Project Homeless Connect 2019 is on Friday, April 12, from 7am-1:30pm at the Aztlan Community Center (112 E Willow Street, Fort Collins, CO)!

We are seeking volunteers for the event!

Project Homeless Connect is a one-day event that provides individuals and families currently experiencing homelessness with access to vital services such as rapid re-housing, basic medical exams, legal advice, and much more. It’s a one-stop stop for assistance that helps families stop struggling and paves the way for their success.

Volunteers for Project Homeless Connect are matched individuals and families experiencing homelessness and help them to navigate the available services at the event. All volunteers receive a free t-shirt, a 1-hour volunteer training, and free transportation to/from the event from the CSU transit center. We hope you join us for this incredible opportunity. Volunteers can sign up to work one or both of two volunteer shift times on Friday, April 12 (7:50am-10:30am; 10:30am-1:30pm). Volunteers who sign up to work the first shift (7:50am-10:30am) and are volunteering as part of a registered CSU student organization can receive $10 for their SOFA account per volunteer.

Please note that this volunteer opportunity is not limited to CSU students; community members are welcome and encouraged to volunteer too.
