Collects and reports data and provides intensive case management to transition participants from homelessness to housing.

The Murphy Center (MC), located at 242 Conifer Street in Fort Collins Colorado, provides direct support for any person who walks through the door. To support individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless in Larimer County, 20 independent agencies offering an array of 40 programs and services collaborate to address needs that are identified during the intake conversation. The Murphy Center is open Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm. During the coldest months, November through April, the Murphy Center remains open until 10pm.

Connect community stakeholders with families experiencing homelessness. These stakeholders support families in regaining stability through securing permanent housing and increasing their self-sufficiency.

Empower individuals who are on parole to locate employment and housing.

Help people complete online applications and secure benefits.

Engage with people on the streets of Fort Collins.

Connect children and families to supplies and services.

Repair and maintain bicycles to ensure safe, reliable transportation.

Distribute critical supplies to the people who need them most.

Breaking down barriers to success for low-income families in Larimer County and adults experiencing homelessness in Loveland, through free, mobile laundry services.

Empower job-seekers to find and maintain employment.
