Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)

Homeward Alliance serves as the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) lead agency for the Northern Colorado Continuum of Care. The Homeward Alliance HMIS staff (HMIS Manager, HMIS Specialist and HMIS Data Analyst) are responsible for implementing the agency partnership agreements with each participating HMIS agency in both Larimer and Weld counties, managing the system on a day-to-day basis, and providing technical support and training to users.
