Programs and Initiatives

Homeward Alliance operates a continuum of programs and initiatives, helping provide services including basic needs, housing-focused case management, behavioral health and employment services to families, adults and seniors in the community.

Develops and tests Housing First solutions in Northern Colorado and receives referrals through Northern Colorado’s Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry process

Serves as our community's "front door" for homeless services, including core human services, day shelter, health clinic, and connection to 20 on-site partner agencies and services

Provides housing-focused support and resources to help families escape homelessness, and once housed, prevent homelessness

Empowers individuals who are on parole to locate employment and housing

Professional staff provides housing-focused navigation services include intake, ID attainment, employment/ income supports, public benefit enrollment, and more

Volunteers support various programs at the Murphy Center and throughout the community

On-site case management to 60 residents at Housing Catalyst's permanent supportive housing site, Mason Place

Repairs and maintains bicycles to ensure safe, reliable transportation for adults and children experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity

Providing critical supplies and gear to individuals and families

Provides free, mobile laundry services for families and individuals in Loveland and Fort Collins

Empowering job-seekers to find and maintain employment in Fort Collins and Loveland; including case management through the EARN program

Homeless Management Information System to collect client-level data and data on the provision of housing and services

Providing long term, intensive case management to high utilizers of emergency services

Empowering individuals who are living with substance use disorder through behavioral health services and case management
