What is Mason Place? 

Homeward Alliance provides onsite case management to 60 residents of Fort Collins’ Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) site, Mason Place.  Mason Place is a property of Housing Catalyst.  Homeward Alliance case managers assist residents to increase their self-sufficiency by stabilizing in a supportive housing environment. 

Are you Eligible for Residency at Mason Place? 

Currently, ALL referrals for Mason Place must come through the Northern Colorado’s Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry process. If you are interested in learning more about Mason Place, please make sure to check with your service provider and ensure you have been assessed for Coordinated Entry.  For a full list of providers, please visit: https://www.nocococ.org/cahps 

You may also request an assessment through a Resource Navigator at the Murphy Center for Hope. 

How to make an appointment with a Resource Navigator: call the Murphy Center at (970) 494-9940 (after 10 am) for more information or visit the Murphy Center at 242 Conifer Street, Fort Collins, Monday – Friday, at 8 am.  Let the front desk staff know that you would like to sign up for an “intake”and be assessed for Coordinated Entry.
