Our community's primary rent and mortgage assistance organization is Neighbor to Neighbor.

From their website: "From homelessness through homeownership, Neighbor to Neighbor is providing sustainable housing, supportive services, and education to families and individuals primarily in Larimer County."

If you are looking for rent, utility, move-in or homeowner assistance, they are the best place to start.  Please note, like all organizations Neighbor to Neighbor does have eligibility requirements and funding limitations.
