What is our Resource Navigation program?

Resource Navigators (formerly called Dedicated Navigators) help meet employment/income, health and other needs of people experiencing homelessness through the provision of professional multi-layered resource navigation services. All services are free.  Se habla español.

Services include (but are not limited to)

Shelter Diversion/Family Reunification

Identification

  • Order a new or replacement in-state or out-of-state identification
  • Order an in-state or out-of-state birth certificate
  • Order a Social Security Card

Public Benefits

Apply for Medicaid, SNAP (also known as Food Stamps), AND (Aid to Needy Disabled), OAP (Old Age Pension) and TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families)

Employment

  • Job search assistance
  • Resumes and cover letter preparation
  • Referrals for our Career Closet (clothing and work-related gear/supplies)
  • Referrals for employment case management for people in need of additional support

Fort Collins Walk-in Hours:

Please visit the Murphy Center at 242 Conifer Street, Fort Collins, Monday – Friday, from 8:00 am - 11:30 am. Let the Front Desk staff know that you would like to see a Resource Navigator.

Old Town Library 201 Peterson Street, Fort Collins  Fridays 2 – 5 pm
